Whiplash has near limitless strength and enhanced durability. Whiplash also possesses a long club-like tail that can easily shatter stone, Whiplash can also use his tail to grasp and throw things. Whiplash excels at using his tail in unarmed combat and is somewhat skilled in melee style combat. In battle Whiplash uses a spear and other times he uses a whip. and other times uses a dual bladed trident/scimitar.

Weaknesses:


Despite his enhanced durability Whiplash is vulnerable to any conventional attack.

Wicked Witch of the West is an enemy of Dorothy Gale.

Powers, skills and weapons:


Wicked Witch of the West has vast magical powers, This grants here the ability to teleport (moderate distances), create and throw fire, cast very precise, curses, and even alter the appearance and physiology of natural creatures (Like causing monkeys to grow wings). Two magical items that Wicked Witch of the West makes regular use of are, a large dark globe that allows here to see anywhere on Oz and to cast long distance spells through the globe. The other magical item that Wicked Witch of the West always has with (or at least close by her) is her magical broom, the broom can fly and will carry Wicked Witch of the West anywhere she tells it to, at whatever speed she wishes to travel. At it’s top speed the broom can travel as fast as lightening, The broom is also capable of sky writing (at Wicked Witch of the West’s behest) Wicked Witch of the West also uses the broom (although in a very limited manor) as a melee weapon.

Weakness:


While it is unknown if any conventional attack will kill Wicked Witch of the West, she must still be wary of them.

Water will melt Wicked Witch of the West.

Winifred Sanderson

Winifred Sanderson is an enemy of children (particularly those from Salem, Massachusetts).

Powers and weapons:

Winifred Sanderson is a witch. As such she is well versed in magic, some of her powers include:

Electrokinesis: Winifred is capable of shooting electricity from her fingers to stun opponents and maneuver them where she wants.

Flight: by using a broom Winifred is capable of flying.

Hypnotic Singing: When Winifred Sings people become susceptible to whatever she tells them to do. This spell is more effective when her sisters sing along with her or sing as her backup. Although this spell is only truly effective if the people actually listen to her.

Curses: Winifred knows several curses. One curse Winifred has used is the immortal transformation curse: Any victim of this curse will spend eternity in the form of whatever animal Winifred decides to change then into. The victim will also be unable to be killed, any fatal damage inflict upon or suffered by the victim will only result in a temporary death-like state of unconsciousness from which the victim shortly revives. Another curse allowed Winifred to ensure that she and her sisters would eventually be resurrected after they were hanged.

Winifred can also raise the dead (presumably only those she has killed) as zombies. However said zombie may not be under Winifred's control.

Winifred also possesses an evil book of spells, the book is bound in human skin and actually has a human eye on it's cove which is open when it is awake. The Book has a (most likely demonic) sentience and will levitate to Winifred if she calls it. The book will also send a beam of light into the sky if it is opened to let Winifred know where it is. When The Book is in Winifred's possession it can open itself and turn it's own pages. Using The Book Winifred is capable of shooting a ball of green flame from The Book to knock down here opponents. Winifred’s knowledge of potions also comes from her book, one of the most dangerous potions in The Book. Is a potion that allows Winifred to suck the life-force out of children that that have ingested the potion. This allows Winifred to maintain her youth and achieve a form of immortality. Burning Winifred only results in her being temporarily changed into magical smoke, she will reform in a rather short amount of time.

Weaknesses:

Winifred can not set foot on hallowed ground.

Winifred can not attack someone who is within a circle of salt.

If Winifred is resurrected by a curse she herself cast she must absorb the life-force of a child before sunrise the next day or she will cease to exist.

Wizard of Oz is an ally of Dorothy Gale.

Skills and powers:

Wizard of Oz is a talented showman who is skilled in public speaking, he is also skilled in stage magic and is a brilliant inventor as well. This enabled The Wizard to convince the populace of Oz that he is a great and powerful wizard. In actuality The Wizard’s skill with magic is nowhere near the level that he would like everyone to believe. The Wizard also has some knowledge of how to operate a hot air balloon (He can get it off the ground, but making it go where he wants is more dependent on which way the wind blows rather than his skill as a pilot).

Weakness:


Wizard of Oz (despite his claims to the contrary) is mortal, as such he is vulnerable to the same harm and sickness as any human.

Wolverine

Wolverine is a member of The X-Men.

Powers and skills:


Even before having his skeleton bonded with adamantium (which resulted in his skeleton being coated by the nearly indestructible metal). Wolverine possessed a healing factor that rapidly healed him from any wound he acquired and even helped him to quickly fight off the effects of poisons, tranquilizing drugs, and even the intoxicating effects of alcohol. Wolverine’s healing factor also protects his mind from mental attacks (Professor X would later increase these mental shields). Wolverine’s healing factor also slows his aging process to a point that grants him an extremely long lifespan (Wolverine is over 100 years old, but has the psychical appearance and vitality of a man in his mid to late 30’s). Wolverine also has superhuman strength, speed, agility, reflexes, and stamina. Wolverine’s senses are also well beyond the range of a human, He can see clearly in near total darkness, hear sounds to quite for ordinary humans to detect, and his sense of smell is so acute that he can identify and track and individual by scent alone, even if said scent has been eroded  by natural forces. With concentration Wolverine can even tell if someone is lying to him by listening for changes in their heartbeat and catching a change in their scent. Wolverine also has pronounce upper and lower canine teeth, as well as possessing claws (3 on each hand) made of the same dense bone as his skeleton. Since having his skeleton bonded with adamantium his claws can cut through virtually anything and his bones will not break. Wolverine has also mastered nearly every type of martial art, has an extensive knowledge of pressure points, and has some experience in almost all other fighting styles as well. Wolverine is also skilled in espionage and other covert operations tactics. Despite his training, during battle Wolverine can sometimes enter a berserker’s rage. When this happens Wolverine losses his higher brain functions (Which in turn further augments his resistance to mental attacks) and fights with the ferocity of an enraged animal. Wolverine has the ability to sense the emotion state of animals and he can also convey his emotions and his intentions back to them. Wolverine is also proficient with most weapons, like firearms and particularly bladed weapons. Wolverine is also an accomplished pilot and a capable leader. Wolverine also has extensive knowledge of foreign cultures and is fluent in the following languages: English, Japanese, Russian, Chinese, Cheyenne, Spanish, Arabic, and Lakota. He also has some linguistic knowledge of:  French, Thai, Vietnamese, German, Italian, Portuguese, Korean and Hindi.

Weaknesses:


Despite his ability to rapidly heal from any injury Wolverine is not immune to pain.

Wolverine is very vulnerable to magnetism.

Wolverine is highly vulnerable to electricity.

Despite his healing factor Wolverine can be Killed if a powerful enough force is directed against him.

Wonder Woman is a member of The Justice League.

Powers, skills and weapons:


At birth Wonder Woman was blessed with several different powers by six Olympian deities:

Demeter gave Wonder Woman limitless strength and extremely enhanced durability: This enables Wonder Woman to survive extremely heavy impacts and falls with only momentary discomfort. Wonder Woman’s skin can only be cut by the sharpest  blades or arrows. Even high caliber bullets will only give her flesh wounds. Wonder Woman also heals from any injury she does incur at a highly accelerated rate. 

Aphrodite gave Wonder Woman great beauty and a loving heart: This enables Wonder Woman to empathize with the plights of those she encounters.

Athena gave Wonder Woman Vast amounts of intelligence (both civilian and military): This enabled Wonder Woman to master over a dozen languages, even ones of alien origin. As well as several different types of crafts, different sciences, several philosophies, diplomacy, and all of the skills learned  in the Amazon legacy. Over 3,000 years of  Leadership, militarily strategy, armed and unarmed combat.

Wonder Woman is also very knowledgeable about magic (although she rarely casts spells herself).

Athena also increased Wonder Woman’s power of empathy by granting her The Sight of Athena. This gave Wonder Woman tremendous insight and allows her to sense other peoples emotions. It also renders Wonder Woman Immune to telepathic illusions, in fact Wonder Woman can not even see said telepathic illusions.    

Artemis gave Wonder Woman enhanced senses: Because of this Wonder Woman’s senses are more acute than those of other Amazons. In fact Artemis enhanced Wonder Woman sight with an ability called Hunter's Eye. Because of this Wonder Woman is capable of hitting whatever she aims at. This also further enhanced Wonder Woman's insight as well. Artemis also gave Wonder Woman the ability to communicate with animals (Including prehistoric ones) and have wild animals aid her in battle if needed. Wonder Woman also has the ability to calm the most ferocious of animals, just by being in said animal's immediate vicinity.

Hestia gave Wonder Woman sisterhood with fire: This enables Wonder Woman to control the Fires of Truth that are contained in her Magic Lasso and it grants Wonder Woman some resistance to both normal and magical fire.

Hermes gave Wonder Woman superhuman speed, reflexes, and the ability to fly.

Wonder Woman can also transport herself to other dimensions such as Olympus and Tartarus through meditation.

Among her other talents Wonder Woman is a far above Olympic level acrobat and an accomplished pilot. Wonder Woman is also very charismatic and can easily inspire hope. As well rally people to a cause she believes in. Three weapons that Wonder Woman always has with her are her Magic Lasso, The Lasso burns brightly with the Fires of Truth anyone Wonder Woman ensnares with the lasso must answer any questions she wishes to ask them truthfully. The lasso is indestructible and has infinite length. Wonder Woman is so skilled at wielding it she can use it as a whip. Although the lasso will weaken if Wonder Woman doubts her belief in the truth.  Wonder Woman also wears magical silver bracelets on her forearms, composed of Silver and and a super metal sometimes called Amazonium or Feminum, The bracelets are indestructible and can not only deflect projectiles fired or thrown at Wonder Woman but can also absorb the impact from a fall from seemingly any height. Also by crossing her bracelets Wonder Woman can create a force field in front of her in order to protect a larger area than what her bracelets could otherwise cover. Wonder Woman can also slam the bracelets together and create a tremendous wave of conceive force.Wonder Woman can also use her bracelets to summon weapons such as: Bow and Arrows, Pole Arms, a Double Sided Broadaxe, a highly durable shield and a sword that is magically endowed and sharp enough to cut the electrons off an atom. Wonder Woman's Bracelets Also contain retractable pointed stabbing edges. Also if Wonder Woman removes her bracelets her strength will be increased to the near cosmic level.

Wonder Woman’s golden tiara is also magically endowed, it can be used as a dagger or a boomerang type throwing weapon it is sharp enough to cut through nearly anything. All of Wonder Woman’s weapons were made by Hephaestus.

Wonder Woman will not age past her current state she is therefore functionally immortal.

Despite her extreme durability and ability to rapidly heal.  Wonder Woman can be harmed if a powerful enough force is directed against her (Assuming said force can actually get past her defensive weapons).

Wrecker is an enemy of Thor.

Powers, skills, and weapons:


Wrecker has vast superhuman strength and is impervious to most physical harm. Wrecker is also skilled in Melee style combat. In Battle Wrecker wields an enchanted crowbar that is capable of deflecting projectiles, creating force fields, absorbing and shooting energy blasts. creating minor earthquakes, creating illusions, and teleporting (himself and others considerable distances). Wrecker’s Crowbar is also virtually indestructible and will return to Wrecker’s hand if he throws it. Wrecker also has a mental link with his crowbar, this allows Wrecker to will his Crowbar to return to him if it is knocked from his hand and even mentally control any simple-minded individual who is touching the crowbar.

Weakness:


Despite his near invulnerability Wrecker can be injured or killed if a powerful enough force is directed against him.
